Do you ever wish you could move with fewer aches and pain and more joy?
Would you like to walk, garden, or perform other  activities like you used to?
Can you imagine yourself in ten–even twenty–years moving with ease while doing the things you need and want to do?

I believe that much of what is commonly accepted as age-related decline is not inevitable. Rather, it results from poor movement habits, non-use or mis-use in how we sit, stand, walk and otherwise move through our day.
I enjoy teaching people how to change their movement habits in order to move with greater ease and vitality. The result . . . feeling better and moving younger.
