Walking involves finely choreographed action of our feet, ankles, knees and hip joints. Movements of the spine and ribs must be precisely coordinated to enable an upright, comfortable gait. An aligned head and flexible shoulder girdle are essential to feeling confident, balanced and energetic. Explore and improve the movement of all of these parts of yourself to fine-tune your gait.
