Do you experience discomfort when you reach or turn your head?
Are you concerned about your posture and balance?
Are your shoulders or neck stiff and achy?
These short movement lessons are for you!
Five short movement breaks can bring relief when pain and stiffness interfere with your work or personal activities. Ranging in length from 9 to 17 minutes, the approximately one-hour recording includes an introduction/instruction track that is especially helpful to those new to the Feldenkrais Method® of Movement Education. Lessons are done lying on the floor or on a firm surface, such as a bed.
These movement explorations are based on the Feldenkrais Method® of Movement Education, developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, and are short movement practices derived from longer Awareness Through Movement® Lessons.

I have been a student/in Marg’s classes for several years and have gained balance and significant relief from ongoing pain caused by Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) and many injuries in the past. In 2014, a car accident left me with a broken neck and sternum, disequilibrium and some double vision. Marg’s Neck and Shoulder CD gave me confidence and renewed faith that I could be better and stronger. – Susan M
Marg’s lessons keep surprising me with parts of my body I seem to ignore. My neck feels more comfortable. I feel lighter and more aligned and I’m breathing better too! We are so wonderfully made — I thank you for insights and guidance I can use to improve. – Anne T
