These short movement lessons are for you!
Five short movement breaks can bring relief when pain and stiffness interfere with your work or personal activities. Ranging in length from 9 to 17 minutes, the approximately one-hour recording includes an introduction/instruction track that is especially helpful to those new to the Feldenkrais Method® of Movement Education. Lessons are done lying on the floor or on a firm surface, such as a bed.
Movement lessons are based on the Feldenkrais Method® of Movement Education, developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, and are short movement practices derived from longer Awareness Through Movement® Lessons.
