The class includes practice and exploration of balance, flexibility/coordination, vocal and facial exercises and Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery!Moves. We do sitting movement practices and some standing, if a student is able to do so safely. You’ll need a chair with a firm surface that allows you to slide a bit in order to turn as well as space behind or next to your chair if standing. You also need the zoom app installed on your computer in advance plus the link and password I will send via email to join the class. I can help you set up the zoom app if needed.
