Description
Flexible alignment and freedom to move in any direction define dynamic balance. Improve stability, flexibility and coordination, refine your internal balancing strategies, and enhance your ability to navigate safely in various settings and react to unexpected circumstances. The class includes more active Bones for Life® processes developed by Dr Ruthy Alon to recover balance when challenged.
Lessons will be done sitting, standing, and lying on the floor.
All lessons recorded and link provided to students for replay and additional practice.
