Refine your internal balancing strategies, and improve your flexibility and coordination to expand resilience and stability.  Enhance your ability to navigate safely and to react to unexpected circumstances so you can adjust to the  changing demands of daily movement and activity.  We will work on the floor, in sitting and in standing. Audio recordings provided.
