Classes: If within 24 hours after the first class session in the series, you are concerned about whether the class is appropriate for you, please contact me, noting the name of the class you attended and the date. Sometimes, I am able to clarify or modify the approach so that the class better fits your needs. If that is not possible and you’d like to drop the class, I will gladly refund your payment or apply it toward another class of your choosing.
Audio Products: If you experience technical difficulties with your download or CDs, please contact me within 30 days of purchase, including the name and format of the product. I test each set of CDs before sending them, but want you to be able to access the lessons. I will work with you to correct the problem or will send replacement CDs if needed.
If, after trying the movement lessons, you are concerned about whether they are appropriate for you, please contact me. Sometimes in a discussion with you, I am able to clarify instructions or otherwise modify the approach so that the lessons better fit your needs. If that is not possible, I will gladly refund your payment, including return shipping for CDs if you purchased that format and will provide detailed return instructions at that time.
Late or missing refunds: If using a credit card, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If using PayPal, please contact them; it may take time for processing or posting. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within about 2 weeks, please contact me at email@example.com
